Day 3/90 I'm starting using a website called Stickk, which if I relapse, I have to give money to a charity I don't like.
Ok, so I actually managed to get one week streak without PMO. However, shortly after that I felt bored and thus I relapsed. I didn't used P, however, so even though I lost this time, I feel like I have been doing better compared to the last time I relapsed. So, I will restart, with good confidence that I am slowly repairing myself! Good luck in the next week, both all of you out there and myself. Keep on fighting!
Day 12 Today I was on the verge of relapse but I thought about the positive things I'll get through the journey. So I take control of my mind, I started doing pushups. Hope everyone is doing good.❤
Day 5 done, on to day 6. Today I will make another strong determination not to watch any p-subs or follow any sexual thoughts that come up. When they come up, I will try to replace them with thoughts of generosity and kindness.
