    Hold on brother,just try to walk a bit and keep breathing to get a lot of oxygen into your body. This is only temporary and soon will go away.

    Sometimes it happens brother it's just life and for some reasons it was meant to happen. It's a bit like when you are learning to play darts and aim for triple 20 but instead your dart goes somewhere else no matter how hard your try. All we can do is to be persistent and aim for trip 20 while analysing our 'technique' and trying to become better. Hope your digestion is alright.

    To be honest I don't know why I did it. I just had a very destructive urge to do so. I seem to have this addiction to the forbidden fruit. For example I might have delicious healthy food in my fridge but still feel the urge to go out and buy junk food for no reason what so ever. Hopefully I can get back onto the right path

    I love this 180 semen retention challenge, I will take the daily habits more seriously than I have been taken them, iv had 78 days of building these fantastic habits, now its time to implement them for 180 days and retain my diamonds

    Sorry this happened to you brother :(. You did well and you got a good taster of what is possible. Now back to the track and maybe we'll reach 180 together !:) You have accumulated health and one MO won't be a big problem in 1-3 days your health will come back to normal but be extra vigilant for the first three days, maybe by trying to use as many habits as you can to keep yourself busy ;).
    ps As well as do your own analysis of the situation that led to it . I mean any stresses, relationships, people around.Try to find reason why. What was motivation? What was trigger?What made it possible?
