Day 19 I tried to get a workout in but it was delayed, then interrupted. I didn't finish to accommodate my normal sleep schedule. I ate some chocolate milk, nonfat greek yogurt, and a bunch of raw veggies. I need to weigh myself tomorrow to make sure I'm not under-eating, apart from that I feel pretty good. nofap is going well, stay strong my brothers in arms
Day 7: done. Today was a good but sad day. The goal of 7 days: I'll hit my goal of 14 days without losing my current progress!!

Day 8 done. Need more focus, more clearity of thoughts. Having many negative thoughts and anxiety. PLS GIVE SOME ADVICE.

I think meditation helps a lot (You need to do it daily to see the results) to deal with anxiety. And for me having a morning routine made of good habits (exercise, meditation, visualization, gratitude list, cold shower) is amazing to deal with depression. Back today zero: Today I relapsed many times (by searching and eventually jerking off), because I lost control of my emotional state. Because I was thinking about my mistakes in my love life. But I know that I have to forgive myself, and I will use this in my favor: Bible Math Matthew 18:21, 22. Then Peter came up and said to him, "Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?" Jesus said to him, "I do not say to you seven times, but seventy times seven." I'll write down 490 times that I forgive myself because of my past mistakes in my love life. I'll hit my goal of 12 days!!
Day 9 done. Today I was focused in morning and also followed my morning routine. Today I had more clearity of thoughts and more positivity.
