Day 33-36 Haven't checked in in a while, but I'm doing good! Have kept my streak going even though I wasn't checking in. Over 5 weeks without PMO now, but the road ahead is long. Nevertheless this road feels more doable with every passing day! Feel really good in general throughout the day. Hope y'all had a good weekend! Good luck and keep it up next week as well!
9 days, I managed to prevent a relapse, yesterday night. Now, i feel proud, and stronger. It's not worth it.
