    - Day 4 report -

    Not what I expected overall... But, it served a lot to notice my mistakes.

    * I'm definitely not giving my all in life. This brain loves making lame excuses for not doing stuff.
    * Urgently need to fix my sleep schedule; it will help to keep all my positive habits consistent.
    * Completely abandoned the act of praying and being grateful towards things. Time to get back !
    * Being able to maintain my 100 push-ups a day routine is great and I'm proud of myself ! However, to use this as a pretext to not exercise more during the day has to stop !!!
    * Cold Showers are my friends. Stick with them, don't be afraid.
    * Apart from posting on the forum, I haven't written anything these days and, consequently, I'm not polishing my talent.
    * Drink more water !!!
    * Sugar is slowly killing both my exterior and interior.
    * Time needs to be managed in order to make the best use of it.

    Progress needs to be made in different areas of my being !!!!

    - Day 5 report -

    "Just as powerful enemies can be conquered only if you attack them from all sides, so also, you can keep the powerful senses under control only if you attack them from all sides, from within and without, from above and from beneath."

    - Prayed this morning, but it didn't feel genuine. I'll focus more on this tomorrow.
    - Taked my cold shower. I'm starting to really enjoy this practice.
    - Fasted until 17:00.
    - Exercised; did my daily push-ups and some leg training.
    - Meditated for twenty minutes.
    - Exposed myself to sunlight and breathed fresh air.
    - Read ten pages of a book about Brahmacharya.
    - Drinked more water than the past two days.

    Noteworth:

    * Household tasks are highly important and must not be neglected. A clean and organized environment is essential for a healthy mind.

    - Day 6 report -

    Meditated one hour before taking a nap and experienced a very strange kind of lucid dream. After that, also had one including sexual elements, which I don't remember with exactitude. But it wasn't, by any means, a wet dream.

    - I must spend more time praying and do it often.
    - I'm facing no problem in taking daily cold showers.
    - Stretches are as crucial as exercising.
    - Got back into reading and will progressively increase my number of pages per day.

    Noteworth:

    * I'm addicted to sugar and gluten. Severe corrections must be applied regarding my feeding habits.
    * Gluttony needs to be completely eradicated.
    * I should be extremely careful regarding media. Anything that displays nudity should be avoided.
    * No screens two hours before sleep would be a great help.
    * My entire body posture is critically wrong. I must absolutely spend less time sitting and work more on my muscles.

    I've really slipped on those two... Still haven't fixed my sleep schedule since day four!!! This surely contributed to my bad time management and general laziness regarding my physical practices. No need to emphasize the urgency of fixing this problem right away...

    A cunning Trojan horse has penetrated my stronghold today, sugar! I underestimated its power and left a gap that allowed an invasion of sexual thoughts to come into my mind... After a very intense battle, I managed to drive out the invaders and emerge victorious! Still, it was an absurdly dangerous blunder on my part that could have easily ended my journey...
