[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

I am going to class in an hour so hopefully school work concentration will take my mind off of my lust.

 

8/90. Frustrated with some family drama stuff today but just have to accept I can't fix everything around me. Need a positive outlet for my stress, like doing some exercise, playing my guitar, meditation, etc.

 

Day 21 went well. Day 22

 

Another day!! A bit difficult, but still standing

 

DAY 13

 

20/90 - Will be taking a vacation from tomorrow in a place with limited to no internet for a week or so..thus it will be hard to check in. I will have the chance to just be with myself and commune with nature. Also not being able to access the internet will mean less phone and computer usage which will be awesome.

Day 6. Lent coming up so plenty of incentive to NoFap for next 40+ days at least. Want to keep myself busy by setting myself plenty of goals I would like to achieve by than.

 

I agree it's important to maintain your critical faculties - question everything.

Nofap is actually one the greatest acts of meaningful rebellion a man can engage in today. To aspire not to be a slave to desire and instincts and to aspire to express our sexuality on our own terms

So true! And the changes that come along with Nofap reaches out to every aspect of your life. If every man/woman would practice NF there would be so much clarity, harmony and better decision making in their private life and their work. Relationships would become much more stable and the whole world would become a much better place to be. Just think of how different the world would be if all people had the mental clarity that NF gives you when you've reached complete self control. As I've said before, most fappers are not on this forum. They're busy doing something else. If you're on this forum you are part of an elite group of fapstronauts!

 

Day 87! Can't believe I've gotten this far. It simply does not feel real.
