Day 19/90 Last week of exams. Passing all my exams will mean I will graduate and be able to get out of the hellhole my uni is HAHA. So really motivated to just get it over with this week. I actually went for a run yesterday (last one was in March ouch), not my longest run, but glad to be at it again. My legs are absolutely dead today even though I did take it easy since it was the first run in 3 months. July 40KM challenge 2.24/40KM (+2.24KM)
Day 40 - hey fellas only just discovered nofap but was already in the process of abstaning from porn/masturbation. doing as much ot at work as possible so I'm not home alone for long in the afternoons , work and gym good mixture to keep my mind off P and hit this 90 days. Good luck everyone
Yes, that is true. I required a lot of encouragement because I thought that is how karaoke should be sang. I thought I had to emulate the original singer as much as possible instead of just having fun. In the end, it was all fun and games
21/90- Three weeks again! Can't believe I reached this milestone again! Also, the urges are insane right now. My 'porn' brain is really fighting tooth and nail to get its fix. I really need to be super vigilant this period. One thing I can do is to ensure I sleep early and not use my phone in bed.
Great job on starting the 40 K challenge despite not having ran for a while. I am still yet to start but hopefully I will get to run tomorrow.
Day 1 Last streak of mine was almost 12 days but I made a big mistake of doing PM at day 10 but able to go through it without doing PMO I was a fool now I know that watching porn is relapse as it makes you fight with in your own mind to do it or not to do it. I will never put myself in that position no more peeks as they are traps learnt my lesson the hard way. But I did achieve 10 days now I will reach it again.
