Still at day 0 but in a few hours I will have completed a day free of PMO. Today, I managed my first 5KM+ run totaling about 6.8 KM non stop. I am so excited that I managed to ran that distance. I have not managed 5KM non stop in over a year I think. In no time, I will be able to to do a 10K non stop. Day 77 Did a kettlebell workout today for half an hour and some star jumps+ 80 sit ups. Enjoying my workouts and reading right now. Also trying to limit the amount of time i spend playing consoles.
