[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 6 went well. Day 7 ...

 

Day 2

 

Got to 10 days, but I had a really bad 48 hours and went back to porn. Only pictures, which usually is never enough for me, but still, a failure.
Restarting on day 1 today - I felt really on top of my urges, was seeing a sex therapist for my addiction, I felt the most in control I ever have been, and I will get back to that feeling again.

Day 2/90

 

Day 8

Had a very powerful hypnosis session today. I believe I let go of a very large chunk of trauma.

I do feel like I had a very close call though in terms of being at risk of relapsing. It's good though, I think I'll be okay on that front.

On a side note there have been an increasing number of crackheads near where I live lately. This lady was passed out on the side of the road today. Later she ran up to me high as hell asking for beer money and when I said I didn't have any money she said she hopes I die tonight. Hopefully that doesn't happen! Had an encounter with one yesterday too. She asked me to call a cab for her and got angry when I asked what address to send it to and walked off when I was in the middle of talking to the guy.

Oh well.

 

Day 12

 

12/90- Didn't check in yesterday but still going strong. Also really tired after hanging out and partying with my girlfriend.

 

44/90 Good day, but child got sick in the evening. Means my last day of vacation will be with her at home.

 

Day 7 relapsed. Day 0 ...

 

Day 33

 

Day 90 of my day challenge.

Meditation isn’t for everyone but it’s really helped me over the last 90 days. 10 minutes each morning after my shower and before work has really helped.

The urges have got less and less as I have progressed through the 90 days and I definitely feel better (more focussed, less anxious) in myself.

Thank you all for supporting me. This community has been invaluable. Just knowing I’m not the only one who is going through this has meant that I haven’t been alone in my journey which has been great.

Wherever you are in your journey, keep on going. You’ve smashed it by making it to this forum.

For now I’ll be leaving the forum as my 90 days is up. Take care and all the best you legends!
