Day 45 for me @Kingfisher

 

Ok, I just had strong urges just recently. Almost of thinking of relapsing.

Starting from trying to checking woman's profile. And thinking of trying to find another one I seen in the past but could not remember it. The current one I was trying to look for this other one by looking under the Tagged photos section on her profile. Then I saw a trap photo. P-subs photos & it took 10-20 mins looking at them. I was actually going to think about to PMO. But I survived & passed. We are not safe. See, my triggers are starting from looking at profiles then after image after image then using it as P-subs then eventually P. I survived that. Wow. But then again, I don't have my sex toys so the question is will I do with my hands finally?? Nope I didn't. I passed. Who knows maybe the traps or urges might come back. I will see if it will go further more. Funny how I am one more day away from my next rank and this has happened recently. I will see if it will go further more. Staying vigilant & strong. Fighting. I will fight it if it will escalate further. I am keeping this streak! Staying vigilant & strong. Stay fighting Saiyans!

Another night of good rest, seems yoga nidra is helping. Although, still too soon to tell. Today is a day of rest for me, the intent is meditation, reading/study and work. I have a busy day ahead for work, but I'm calm.

Work was quite stressful yesterday, when I finished my shift I felt wired, stressed and slightly anxious. I mediated for 10 mins and then did yoga nidra for 20 mins, it definitely helped ease me. I'm proud that I didn't give in to the anxiety and eased my mind.

The plan for today is meditation, exposure, working out, reading and work.

Day 15 - Elite Warrior

Milestone complete and I made it back to Elite Warrior! I passed and overcame my heavy urge to relapse. Almost fell for it. I'm happy with that

Thank you & you are absolutely right! I did ask for it myself (obstacle). I don't know why I should be surprised. I got my wish but at least I am glad I overcame it. I think it will happen in every rank before I ascend then! We must meet strong obstacles
