I wanna start working out again, i currently don't have my pull up bar with me so i need something to replace pull ups for back and biceps. Suggestions? Feel free to post your full workout so that others might get some inspiration

I usually use dumbbells of different weights for exercises on the muscles of the arms. I also squat with a kettlebell, I don’t take a lot of weight, so as not to have problems with my back
I do beginners yoga. Started as I wanted firm abs. Seniors stretching class. Both on YouTube. I have some 2kg dumbbells that I do 15 minutes arm repetitions. But have been doing less of the dumbbell work. I am eating zero added sugar and no deserts. I'm aiming for flexibility and strength.
