Day 195 I stopped doing exercises about two months. Yesterday I caught flu. After having flu I realized the importance of doing exercises. Exercises gave me lot of energy to do our daily tasks in past . I stopped it because My workload was raised. But finally I considered that Ding exercises aren't wasting time. You saw that I was in frustrating working life in my posts . I did some aerobic exercises like running, jumping jacks too. Wow It has given lot of energy to work for me. It's amazing brahs. After doing exercises, Flu was flew away from me. I watched below video about exercising and brain in yesterday. I think it is very helpful to you.
