That’s a good idea actually, I’ll give it a try! I have always felt that my motivation is stronger when focused on short term goals. Like if an event or holiday or something is coming up and I want to be my best and make the most of it, I endure the urges a lot better.

    Checking in Saiyan's!

120 Days Free of PMO. 4 months, almost as long as the period of auto pilot mode, after my last relapse.

I tackled this week with success and had some great feedback, now I can take some rest as I have a few days off. I did not only "survive", I thrived and grew from the week. I am really happy about that. I await the result of an interaction, this may bear some good news for me, if I make it to the next step.

Also, I mentioned the other day my total T has gone up about 20% since last year. I received the results for my free T , it has also gone up by 28%, since last year. I also tested for the first time, bioavailable T. We'll see where I stand on that front. My goal for next year is to bring it up again by at least 10-15%.

    Keep Training!

@Spirali Remember brother, even that one workout can have a ripple effect on many other undertakings in your life. Push through the lethargy, you don't even have to do a killer workout, just show up or even go for a walk. You will feel better. I feel off today as well and my mind is telling me to skip out, but we'll show our minds better. Let's both get out workout in.

Still holding strong. Noticed a tendency to zone out yesterday afternoon. Missed my evening meetings. Woke up lethargic today but hopped on a call and did my am routine. Grateful for another moment and another day to practice.

  7. I fall again. Day 0. Failed NNN as well. Will try to stay clean for next 21 days. This time it was a silly reason. A P content got circulated in college group which raised urges to peak. I'm sad that a succumbed to it. Won't happen again. Have already left the group.

  9. 29 days free of PMO.
I felt my sadness and tiredness yesterday sending me urges, encouraging me to fail.
I did not give in. This is the time to retrain my brain to respond to stressors in a healthy way.
This is the time to show my mind better as @Redemptionisrequired said.
Stay calm, find a better way. Keep training Saiyans.

    Day 6

I went to the office, and I think I did a better job avoiding ogling women on the bus using some techniques recommended here and others:

    1. If you catch yourself watching, move your sight to another place.
    2. If you must watch her (she is talking or you cannot move your head), focus on her face.
    3. Immediately think about what you should think in this situation (like how many bus stops remain, etc.).
    4. Do not look a second time.
    5. Do not fantasize.
I think I am losing chances to watch, but this leads to urges and, eventually, a relapse. Ultimately the goal of a watch is to fantasize to porn or MO.

    Be strong!!

Solid advice! Lately, I've been turning my head away and not staring at a woman's physique for too long.

Not fantasizing really keeps me on check.

@Spirali Remember brother, even show up or even go for a walk. You will feel better.

You’re right brother. It creates such a powerful snowball effect, makes me feel motivated and energized the next day, and makes me want to go train more.

Love that! I used to have a counter for Fantasizing, P Subs and ogling. They were all individual problems contributing to relapse and it was a great way to break those habits.
