    Find a substitute for PMO.

    We got so much energy. Use it in a good way. For me this is working on my second business I do in the evenings. This is pure for fun with potentially it can make a lot of money, but that's not the goal of this second business.

    Think about the things you do BEFORE you get horny and watch P. movies. Change that.

    For me that is:

    Bored -> Instead of watching P. videos I work on my 2nd business
    Not even on purpose I see hot girls on Instagram -> Instead of watching P. videos I work on my 2nd business
    Sad/Lonely -> Instead of watching P. videos I work on my 2nd business

    Goodluck all

  5. 70 days free of PMO.
    I'm back home now, I feel calmer and safe.
    I finally have the time and headspace to do some consistent, focused mental health work.

    @Person_Need_To_Change I can't even count the times I failed. We are talking years. But I never gave up neither will I.

    Well I can't really do new thing. I was on work from 7 am to 8pm. Ussualy I stay 10hours and have much more obligations after. So no way I could do something new. Acctualy things I was doing before I can't do now. Those Wim Hof.. but I'm doing something from Wim Hof haha. Thats swimming. Sea is very cold sometimes. But those breathing tehnicque, no I don't have time or will for that. And meditation I really don't belive much in that.
    I was referring to: I have my job and thats is to protect and I failed in that. I did have a pet and he was found death. He died from posion. I was to week to and to far behind in life cause that no matter what I should stop somehow.
    I supposed to be one who can slove problems for others and be strong. But I'm still in addiction and those thing that I have to do started breaking down.
    So I failed for good with that one. I losse.
    Is there somethimg new for me... New or maybe same mission.. ?but for now things are just falling apart. With lets say my long time girlfriend (she is far away so thats why its easyer for me to relapse. I never did when she is around) with my sport carrere. I'm doing some new things right now like building a house and schooling for carrere of trainer and I'm one. But its hard when you are weight yourself down and you are to busy with a job...

    I slacked on my vow that was made at the beginning of the month and I woke up this morning thinking about how that is out of integrity for me. I am taking this moment to recommit to said vow and reflect on it daily so that I remember it when I am feeling weak

    Checking in Saiyan's!

    161 Days Free of PMO

    Made it through the busy brothers, time to rest and unplug from work. Urges were a bit stronger today.

    Keep training!

    @stronaut2021 Take care of yourself, hope the covid leaves you soon.

    @Person_Need_To_Change Rise again Saiyan!

    @DRAGON_ Congrats on your promotion brother, moderator team is lucky to have you. Glad you are back as well and have achieved the clarity you were seeking.

    @Ainz Welcome back!

    @Toni7 I understand brother, work also keeps me tied up , busy and stressed. I think the lesson for us is to teach ourselves to disconnect when we are done and pursue other things. You already are! My condolences, I'm sorry for your loss. You are just in a darker place at the moment. Rekindle what sparked you to first quit, get in touch with it again. Add more reasons to your why if you can. Just don't give up.

    Do anything, some exercise, just sit and make concentric circles on paper, absolutely anything but do it on a fixed time everyday. That will work as an anchor for your life. I personally just sit and feel my breathing and try to take same amount of breath with both nostrils at 12:00 am daily.

    Almost made it a day. Sat on bumble for hours swiping mindlessly. Eventually when I got tired of that game I went back to looking up old familiar sites. They’re mostly patched up now so all the ones I was repeatedly going back to are restricted. Then I remembered a certain social app (I’ll leave it unnamed to protect the innocent). It can get around the image blockers without going to a website so that’s what I did. Next thing I was watching a genre that goes against how I identify or what I want out of life. I always feel regret afterwards no matter how good it feels for the few seconds it lasts.

  18. It's been really long brother. Welcome back.

    Shit man... tough to read this. Can I be a 100% honest here about trying to restrict yourself with technology? In my opinion it's not a longlasting productive way and misses the actual point of mental growth we're trying to acchieve: I've tried it a few times as well and I read many stories like yours and I did the same: you somehow see it as a challenge and if you are able to 'hack' your own restrictions you are allowed to reap the reward (watching P).

    I believe this is not the optimal mean to reach our goal of a porn free, brain healthy balanced life. I have stopped trying to block my access via technology but just starting educating / motivating myself regarding the subject: I decided to avoid triggers (like scrolling through dating apps that makes me feel miserable, visiting IG or other website where randomly (semi) nude pictures can be posted, etc.). And I have slowly worked on introcuding healthy(ier) habits: eat healthy, have a stead sleep regimen, restricting other dopamine driving stimuli (gaming,movies,series,social media), going for walks, go dancing, meet up with friends more, to the gym instead of binge watching NetFlix, hanging around on social media, etc.

    I have zero technological restrictions, but I have never been less inclined to visit those websites than before. I know I can, but I decide not to. This makes me stronger and builds imo really character than to restrain yourself to 'protect' like you would use a gate in the stairs to protect an infant.
