Mr. Anderson: 4/6 Thanks, and welcome to the resistance, mate! Remember, you can name your hovercraft if you wish!
Last time I logged in, I was on day 70 or something Today.... it is day 106, so you can call me Morpheus and I'll tell you "Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself."
Day 6 The greatest gift we can offer another person is to allow them to be who they are, and not what we want them to be.
Day 7 Despite my wet dream last night, I decided not to reset my day counter. Would you? Currently on a 18 day meditation streak as well. The truth is, difficult things are always going to happen. We can't change that, but we can change the way we respond.
Wet dreams aren't a relapse IMO, unless your objective is semen retention, so no need to reset your counter IMO.
That makes sense. I thought about retaining semen as well for now too but I think that won't be necessary. Thanks!
Mr. Anderson: 6/6 Wet dreams will stop eventually, as your body gets used to not releasing/not needing to release. Obviously, there're are things we can do to try and reduce the frequency of them i.e. reducing intake of sugary/spicy foods before bed, reduce body temperature, avoid pressure on genitals. I know of one poster who never gets wet dreams (there're probably more), but for the rest of us that do experience them, we just have to accept they're a part of our journey until the body realises you're not going to release, and keeps a hold of that semen and energy for other purposes. That's when more physical and mental improvements occur! So basically, don't worry about them unless they're occurring everyday.
