Friday I did crossfit for the first time in years. I was very happy with the result. I completed the workout, keeping up with men half my age in great shape. It was awesome to do something like that with other men, and affirming to complete and get the "good job" nods afterward. The workout was only 15 min, but intense for time: 21 pulls ups, 42 double unders 21 front squat at 80% Then 18, then 15. Monday I did my 6x10s: inverted rows, bench (working up 135), followed by rack pulls and inverted cable flies. Tues: Y press (laying on incline bench), back squat, followed by I arm rows (70 lb) and decline dumbbell flies.
