I just relapsed. But you know what? Let's see who can hold out for the longest period of time! I will not do PMO henceforth.

 

Don't worry man it happens. You will surely bounce back. Just believe in yourself.

 

Little bit late, but hey, here goes nothing.

 

I'm in. Fell off last night. Not bingeing. Let's get our head up and move forward.

Usually every relapse comes with guilt, emotional ackwardness , shame , anger and frustration .
But today , There is a hope ...
A hope of achieving the one we lost - us , and demanding the success that is ours .

So let's begin with DAY 0 and make it INFINITY .
Our MIND is the target and our WILL POWER is our weapon !
