Day 5: I am thankful for the great people I work with at my day job. I am a counselor and our treatment center does medication-assisted treatment for people hooked on opioids. I am thankful for essential oils. I love aromatherapy. It can be relaxing or energizing. I am grateful for my ability to stay in the present moment and to experience the mystery of each moment. Giving thanks and praise!

I'm grateful for the gifts I received today and yesterday. I'm grateful for new shirts. I'm grateful that I'm still fighting against P addiction.
Today I am grateful to have a wonderful family that has given me support and care no matter the years and mistakes I have made. And for having in my life many other people who have given me their friendship. I feel grateful to be healthy. Of being able to walk and use my arms, to have my 5 senses. Not to suffer from any serious illness. I am grateful to know that even in the grayest moments of my life, things end up improving. So I learn new things to become a better person.
1) I'm grateful for clean water being easily accessible in my home, and that I don't need to worry about there being any diseases or anything in it 2) I'm grateful for language, and it's incredible ability to evolve over time to adapt to changes in society 3) I'm grateful for friends who like/appreciate the same things as I do and share common ideaologies to me, and also friends from whom I can learn to like new things and understand other schools of thought

Day 6: I am grateful for the practice of gratitude. (Which success author talked about this? It is not coming to mind right now. It also might be a lesser known author.) I am thankful that I like to exercise. I am thankful for my ability to run. I am appreciative for nature and its healing effect on human consciousness.
Today I am grateful for: Mother Earth and all the treasures she bestows. For the crystals she grew, so that I can find them and sell them to make an honest living. For my parents, and everything they've sacrificed so that I can live my life. For finding the strength/grace to finally be making the positive strives in my life to pay them back (by living an honest,virtuous and happy life)
