    Consider reading "Your Brain on Porn" by Dr Gary Wilson. That books changed how I see this addiction, it was really helpful. I also joined NoFap weekly meetings accountability group to further make myself accountable. Hope it helps.

    Pretty good. My sleep is much better and I'm much more focused on my work. My motivation is still low and I hope it will get better. Every time I start to slip away, I tell my self that my superhero wouldn't do it. He would do something else and it helps me. How things on your side?
