I have relapsed many times but I learned one thing that there is no reason to be a failure until you want it.

Of course, they don´t speak English, it was only to stress that it was not English which I speak fluently. The meeting went great.

That must have been a great loss too. My teacher was responsible for me finally understanding English grammar after longer time at primary school, I knew her for 9 years. She has always believed that God likes everyone no matter the circumstances. I liked her very much, she was approx 55 years old when she died on Tuesday.

Oh man! I send you the strength to bear this loss. My teachers have been a great influence over me, and I can understand part of the pain you must be feeling.

I actually didn´t expect someone would be interested in that question :)
I asked whether it´s normal to change your mind maybe even more than twice, especially in the late teenage years. I was fully determined I´d leave, but despite it I eventually decided to stay here and do the 90 days. No leaving until then, or I´ll be stuck here forever.

Yes, being open to your decisions is okay at any age. (I mean in a sensible manner of course, and not haphazardly deciding anything and everything.)

Why?

After thinking for about 2 weeks, I realized it´s the best decision. There are lots of reasons to it. Simply, that´s how it´s to be done.

From my inability, weakness, through ignorance to some conflicts are precisely the reasons. Don´t wanna dive deep into them though.

The revenge against Neapol will be sweet. They will once more loose in the Red Bull Arena and let´s see in Italy :)

And what step have you taken to prevent this in the future? The answer should be to block Instagram for a while. With every near relapse, we need to take action to prevent the next.

You´re very right that action needs to be taken. But probably today the only possible action is bed :D

Delete instagram asap. You gotta be radical with cutting out all possible lust triggers

Great job! But I've heard that exercising with empty stomach is not good! Although, I've done it a few times before.

It greatly boosts performance at the beginning.. I don´t understand why empty stomach is bad, you have ten times more willpower to do nofap and in initial stages also every activity.
