    Yesterday i couldn't sleep becoz my balls were sore.
    I figure that was because of some fantasies that came in my mind.. but i overcame it...

    Bearing the Pain of a moment can be the greatest gift for a lifetime....
    I bore that pain...and now i m continuing my journey...

    All the best brother . You are more stronger than you think . Just dont let your guards down . And let that ding dong know who the real boss is . Urges are for just for few minutes . You have to learn to just divert your brain to on to something like walk , cold shower , reading , talk to close friends , spiritual reading , family , whatever your hobby is .

    I'm on day 5. Another VICTORY :)
    The past few days were very stressful. I'm fine now. There are so many things I need to learn, one of them is beating my addiction to PMO and staying clean forever.
    I'm fighting in a lot of wars. This is life.
