Back to day 2. I'm approaching things more systematically this time. I'm done with setbacks.
Day 14. I've channelled my energy into worthwhile pursuits, goals and aspirations. Also, I'm pursuing some relationships with real women.

Staying on top of things. I'm practicing mindfulness, journaling, and staying active. It all helps.
Day 0 am back to make history
Damn it's crazy how everything can be going so smooth and then the next minute the urges hit so hard you almost relapse. Today was way to close I'm lucky to still be in the challenge I going to be way more on my guard now.
I not using my phone for the rest of the week and going to try and limit wifi use as much as possible. I can't lose after coming this far!

Yup just found out how to comlpletely block all p of my phone, I put a one time password that I won’t remember disabled all p
