Checking in. I have been off from this thread for like a year... it is crazy to see how much time has passed and I'm still stuck with this. In fact, my addiction has gotten even worse as I got through loneliness and used PMO as a way to escape.
Fortunatly I started to tackle that issue and feel less lonely now. However, the PMO "monster" is now bigger than never, but with my knowlege gattered from almost 4 years of NoFap and being back to this forum, I will break free.
I will remain humble and improve from my errors and learn from others on a continuous improvement mindset.
I'm currently on my day 7. Haven't got a streak bigger than 40 days since March. Lets go.
