It's getting a little easier mentally, but man do my family jewels hurt all the time.

 

Just finished 7 days challenge now I accept this challenge. Day 1..

i wanted to make 30 days challenge but today at day 7 i relapsed.. i dont even watch porn anymore but what i want to reach is more confidence and will-power
i will come back every day to this thread
and now I AM GOING TO DO THIS

 

Day 6 completed. After two days of feeling terrible, today I woke up feeling normal. A much welcome change.

Day 12 of 14 2 to go then on to the 30 day Well it was a long 24 hours yesterday, My wife kept up a texting assault on me for most of the eveing it hurts me to see what she is saying because of the pain, I hurt deep inside for the pain I have caused her, I wish I could hold her and make everything better, she is still in CA. I have passes the 14 day mark in my recovery, according to the experts your brain should go thru a firestorm trying to reconnect the path way that have been disconnected by not viewing online porn, after that it should get easier to keep on the right path to recovery. No urges, no nudges!! even with her bring up all of this! maybe it is a shorter time for an old man to reboot?

From sunday until sunday and the sunday after that I want to be able to defeat pornography so I'm not watching anything or doing anything I am not letting any images in my head.
