Stay strong bro i am also had 3 relapse before i reached 12 days first 6 then 7 and now 12 and before that i had tryning to quiet but its diffcult of you do it on your own. Look at video's on YouTube about nofap benefiet yourbrainporn.com and get a safe browser so you cant go to p.. site. And at last cold showers and pray if you are not religious, try something else that slips through it.
I know its diffecult but u need to overcome it you will be amezed de benefits.

Sometimes when i feel depressed i want to go back to PMO. But i remember about the people in this community struggling like me. I have to keep fighting.
Beginning this challenge today after completing the 7 day one.
Wow, 3 days away... Seems like only a week and a half ago that I started. Time is fast, no?
Cravings are coming out, but I managed to get to day #7.
More important, I passed day 13 of my rebooting, which has always been my most difficult day
