Restarting the challenge.
Today watched some anime, played some soccer in the evenings. Will be going to bed soon.
Day 3/14 -- I need to get refocused on the goal. I am doing this to be completely detoxed before I get married -- I want to bring as little of this issue into my marriage as possible. Temporary fixes are not the goal.
Day 3 Done!
Wet Dreams were occurred
Day 2/14 I had a minor confrontation with someone today. Instead of turning to PMO I found a positive outlet. I practiced yoga!

What do you do to distract yourself, or urge surf, or to get around the cravings?
Great idea! I must learn to do that sometime.

I told a workmate about the challenge, and he was surprisingly supportive.
To be honest, accept the fact that we are weak. Remember..? we are not here to prove others that we have exceptional intellectual or creative power or other natural ability to control everything. Once we accept our-self our weakness, our brain will stop digging and digging and digging the truth. Well, we are out of loop and nothing to worry about our thoughts or feelings. When we hold so much whether it's positive or negative; eventually it becomes a burden in our life.
Day 10 im now on my longest streak since a long time only 4 Days left!
You should, "If there ever was a time, now would be the time"! For my home practice I primarily use Yoga with Adriene. She has free videos on youtube!
