After a long time of constant resets, I'm finally back to try this challenge again. Day 0/14
Day 14! Began
I've been PM free for 16 days now. I have two difficult weeks ahead of me where I'll be alone in a hotel room. This is when the urge to PMO hits hard. So it will be a real CHALLENGE to get through these two weeks. If I make it till the end of this challenge I will also have completed my first EVER month free of M since I discovered M as a teenager.
4 days done, going up to 5
Day 11 almost there
Into my fourth day
Already hard! But no urges yet!
At work today so that should keep me occupied. I will think/strategise about how I will cope in the evening when I am alone.
Day four down!
As for fourth day activities, I did some minor housework before finding myself on a twelve hour movie marathon. Best use of my time? Probably not but I avoided PMO.

It's time to say farewell to my fellow 14-day NoFappers as I've now made it to the start of Day 15 today. Sorry, I missed posting over the weekend when I finished Day 14. Stay strong everyone!
What position are you using? Are you going for the full knees crossed? If it's hurting, which could be a major distraction each session, then just sit in a chair. It's the meditation that's important, not the posture.

Day 2. Bought myself a Chromebook that I use on the kitchen table. And I'm not working in the study where the temptation is too great....
