It's day 1 again, no movies, no fb no Instagram, no mobile phone use in bedroom. I will only read books and work twice
Just relapsed yesterday night, which isn't something I'm proud of, social media is definitely the biggest trigger for your libido. I should be more careful with that
Day 9. Looking forward now that it's the weekend.

Day 01 completed successfully
Day 7 Halfway complete
Today was first day, the day 1 is set, i didn't have any kind of Todo list so my day was spent like nothing achieved but I did 1 thing great I have completed my workout and I am so grateful for it

Now I just have to be aware and very careful about social media traps...
