180+ days of hardmode (no PMO) and I’m having intense sexual dreams!

Congrats to how far you've made it! Especially in hard mode! I just made it to my 180th day. I had some sexual dreams. But they were more frequent in the beginning. Not sure what it means for you to be having it all of a sudden now. I've read some say that it's to release all the sperm that's we're not releasing regularly so that might be why?

 

I usually have sexual dreams when I experience hard stress. I think this is how my brain tries to cope with stress. I'm 14 months 'hardmode'.

 

I think they happen at different stages for everybody. Some begin experiencing them immediately, some much later. Sometimes they are also accompanied by nocturnal emissions (wet dreams). I had them on my previous streak and whenever I did they would usually trigger a wet dream. So far (knock on wood) I haven’t had them at all on my current streak, which is a relief because I’m attempting strict semen retention this time around too.

 

Actually my only sexual dream during alla the streak happened two days ago. I was dreaming i were masturbating on porn, and thinking "oh shit i relapsed! How is that possible?"
In that moment i wake up and realize it was a dream, didn't even had a wet dream (never had a wet dream during all the streak).

Dude I realized that since I haven't been watching porn I tend to have a lot more real dreams. It has nothing to do with sex, but I realize even talking with a girl over the phone I still feel like I wanna ask her to send some proactive pictures or masturbate.
