Day 1 out of 21 is completed.

 

3/21 Hardest day in my journey so far. Well the day was actually okay. Tonight I’m just feeling too much to process alll at once. Mostly sadness. Going to bed and hoping for a better tomorrow.

 

And just as was written the day before, I found a way to let my addiction to MO get the best of me. You live and you learn I suppose. So back to square one, yes I relapsed. Time to reboot tomorrow!

Relapsed after 8 flippin' days. The struggle is real. This time I'm gonna make it though. 0/21

Happy 4th of July everyone!

I am so close to beating my personal best streak. This run is so much better, I see drastic results and it is a lot easier to talk to women now... I can just say anything! Just smile, stand up straight and people will come up to you and talk!

 

16 / 21! Just a few days left until the next challenge and I am not heading anywhere else.

 

17 th day no pmo...12/21..alone and a successful fight against urges...

Many many thanx to you guys I complete today 35 days overall
In this group I complete my challenge of 21 days this is my 3rd achievement in NoFap

Now I am moving to 1 month challenge group
I try few months before but I relapsed but I hope this time I would be successed
Pray for me so I could get courage to stay sober
