Day 0: Well I've completed the seven day challenge and at midnight tonight will complete the day 14 day challenge on my overall 21st day. So I figured now was the time to start the 21 day challenge. These smaller challenges are so much fun and a more enjoyable way to go through the reboot.
Relapsed...again... so disappointing. Just a simple trigger while looking at FB and... some incredibly stressful days at work lately. Just worn down Day 0
I suggest you to reduce your counter by around 10 days or as you wish and value, don't make it 0. (Just a suggestion!) And do not feel bad, feeling bad will take you to another relapse, you have done great job, man you achieved 49 days.
Day 7 - No PMO I finally reached one week again! I must not waste this chance to get rid of PMO addiction. I will do my best to ignore urges and forget the possibility of relapsing. I have another exam today, but I'm not really nervous because I'm pretty good with computer sciences. The last exam is tomorrow, it is particularly difficult, but now I need to focus on today.
