relapsed. So back to 0.
I need to rethink about my tactics.
Days 6-7: Both were good, the new job is keeping me busy and I'm still stressed about it but feeling a little more confident as the training progresses. I'm hoping to ease into the job and grow in experience and confidence and really learn a lot. The last two days have been eventful at work and these 4-midnight shifts right now are long but on the Brightside they're helping keep me PMO free!
I thought I’d go ahead and check in the challenge for yesterday and today

Day 3/21 complete. I have cold the only good thing about it is that a I dont have urges hahah

Day 22 - I haven't been in internet contact for a few days. My thoughts on this challenge is its harder than doing nofap normally. I think they challenge reminds you what your doing. Which then makes me reflect on what I'm doing. Which then reminds me of porn and the urges come flooding back. I think i do better without it. As i can wake up and get on with my day. Anyway 68 days to go...
