Day 13 of 21 no pmo
I'd been sleeping the whole days and when I am alone I just sit silent doing nothing. Whenever an image of p or an urge comes I start to think of the bad affects of pmo and try and remove the urge.
Yeah I have downloaded .. it's good
Yesterday I felt pretty good. I managed to control my thoughts well- urges were low, so it wasn't super difficult. I got a lot done as well, so another good day.
We'll see how today goes.
Day 13 of 21.
1 Day Done.
Day 20/21. Tougher day than yesterday, but I've known for a little while this journey is not linear. I'm cautiously looking forward to tonight and to tomorrow.
Day 12/21 ..
2 Days Done.
Yesterday went very well. I was able to keep my thoughts under control, and I got a lot done as well. We'll see how today goes.
Day 21/21. As of tomorrow I will have completed this challenge! A minor victory in the larger scheme of all things, but nevertheless I'm feeling very good. Still need to remain cautiously optimistic because despite my progress, it's crazy to think I'm still far away from where I'd like to get!
