Day 3/21 of Second attempt

 

Day 14. I'm sorry, yesterday I didn't have time to post because I was sick​

 

Day 1, Starting again.

Day 4, Day 27 Last PMO

 

Day 6/21. Starting to feel "good" again, but I'm sure I'll feel even better in another week and then another week. I don't want to jinx it, but my anxiety was pretty nonexistent today. I did a lot of activities and meditated already for 20 minutes, so I'm sure both of those things helped. Just gotta take it one day at a time, just like no PMOing!

 

Day 4/7 second attempt

 

Back to day 0 due to Chaser Effect!
Will be back stronger!

Day 15

 

Day 1/21. Sad to be starting over. But I think with my anxiety amongst other things I am moving in the right direction.

Once again back to Day 0.

The feelings of despair are stronger this time around. I must rebuke them. There will be no backsliding, even if the forward progress is imperceptible.
