Summary: woke up at7, had online classes from 9-1 , slept for some time, no strong urges though had some erections, reading book 'Flow- psychology of optimal experience' by Mihalyi Chikszentmihalyi Mihalyi, will help my mother to prepare dinner and spend quality time with her....bye...stay strong
