Day 3/30: I completed my first challenge today. Here's to it being the first of many!
18 days. Still going.
Some edging before sex last night but that's allowable in my book .
My goal is not to be on my smartphone in the spare room pulling my knob .
Life is for living
Feeling really good right now coming up on the end of this challenge. Going through a period of real clarity an almost no temptation to revert. I know it will come back. After nearly 30 days I'm experiencing my brain paying very little attention to thoughts of porn. Find I'm getting horny in other ways. Perhaps more normal ways you might say. Right now though if feels really good to be in control of all this.

Delighted for you mate. The clarity is what I am looking forward to the most and hopefully everything else will follow. Hope the Himalayen trek is going well too.
Really good article explaining why it is important not to edge. I need to cut it out.

Thanks for the well wishes. I'm finding that my focus and energy have been re-directed into my work and growing. Gaining new insight it feels with the distance on porn. A change of chosen behavior. Keep going for it. Thus far I can say it's been well worth it for me.
