Day 10 ..keep going you are not alone ^^
Day 4 and 5 complete, its smooth sailing currently, I've also switched up my hatha yoga program into kriya yoga so overactive energy is to be expected at least in the beginning, although I think yoga does help internalize energy in the body, or in fact thats probably the whole point of it so maybe it'll help and make this no PMO thing a sustainable habit. I'll let you all know after practicing it for a while
Okay... So I’ve only watched porn once this month. That’s good. I keep telling myself I’ll do the easy mode, no porn but M if I need to. I’ve come pretty far in this month so I’m going to give this no M challenge a good solid YES, but if I start to slip I’ll stick with M ONLY.
I’m just taking this a day at a time and the more distance I get between me and porn, the better. Tonight is night 0.
You are not going to slip up. Having the confidence in yourself is that very first step to success. Other than that good luck mate

I haven't been able to post in while because I just moved into a new place and I have been without internet for 2 weeks. I also have my phone restricted, so I couldn't even access this site. However, despite all of that, I still managed relapsed. Seems like I have been stuck in this rut for so long now, but at least I have managed to stop the binge cycles.
