Day 4 complete. Noting slight increased creativity, productivity and energy but also stronger urges. Happy Hard Mode guys!!

Day 2 done this morning
I made it through a weekend with some urges and thought difficulties. I was able to take enough control that I wasn't derailed off the tracks. The fight goes on!

I don't know what is happening, this has gone up in difficulty level. I am struggling to even get to one day. Anyways, I am going to give it another shot. But trust me, it's not easy for the person who masturbates 3 times a day. I will post tomorrow morning.
Day 16 was mostly good.
I talked with few people, calmly and even could add few humourous of witty lines during the conversations.
Faced few triggers, thank God, nothing bad happened..
Mood swings were present.. Even though they are not always pleasant, but sometimes it's a present .

MONDAY DAY 12/30
FREE TIME IS YOUR ENEMY.
It's when I have a break at work or in my bed after something like taking a pee break or water break at night, that I get urges to look at escort ads and/or fap based on fantasy. NOT GOOD.
For those of you in the same boat, I've been here and AM here as I write this.
But the important thing is to recognize the trigger and situation in order to change and replace the habit. Instead of continually searching ads to actually visit (escort/massage), I come on here to read and post a reflection. This keeps me on track, helps me to "come down" from my dooamine-induced urges and ultimately be self aware. Thanks for your support and reading....I'm already down a few levels than I was minutes ago prior to writing this.
Stay aware and be mindful. You are better and more rational than you know...tap into this awareness.
