Day 46.

 

Checking in on Day 114. Not much to report. Just trying to keep moving forward at my own pace, day by day.

 

this is my third day. In the first I decided not pmo for the passion in my life. In the second day I did it to have harmony with others. In the thidrd day I don't want pmo because even if I had a difficult day I know it is part of life, just I want to listen to and accept my emotions

 

double digits once again! I feel so happy! I feel deep inside my heart that this time it will be different!

I'm on day 33. Have a SUPER weekend.

 

Just take it ONE DAY At A Time and while you may not be back to where you were you'll be in a good place. Better than where you were because of the wisdom gained and the growth that's taking place. Stay on the path brother.

 

And one year is coming no matter what. Our choice is wether we are to become more self respecting and free in a year or more enslaved and full of shame. Stay on the high road of freedom and good living.

 

That last one was actually meant for using. The man you responded to.

 

Another day on the road of freedom and joy. 2nd day of 30 day subchallenge- raw food cleanse. It was touch and go for a while and what may have saved me was just not wanting to go to the store. I'm grateful for whatever form the help comes in.
