Feel amazing!! Yesterday was a great day in terms of socializing!! Today I feel great too!! Am out of the flatline!!!

6/365 extreme stressed don't know why is it normal during recovery. Before nofap i will pm myself but now i will not it anymore long time not feel so much stressed

42/365, 76 total. I'm in my exam period atm which is super stressful, stress really makes it harder not to "relieve" yourself. Im glad its gonna be over in a few days. Ill try to stay strong no matter what.
