XVII. Everything smooth as glass.
My anxiety levels have increased dramatically as I plan on starting a business. Because I cannot view porn to escape and I have taken a YouTube sabbatical and will not engage in other mindless activities, I am forced to feel the full force of my emotions. It is so uncomfortable. I now know why I love to escape these kind of feelings. It is almost unbearable.
Going well so far.
Embrace nature, exercise and stay in the moment with your 5 senses.
Hang in there. Tell yourself you will feel ten tons worse if you give in while on your good streak of 37 days and also that you want to distance yourself from just being an average guy Therefore, keep pushing yourself to reach new horizons and work backwards from your business goals on paper. Great so far man!!
I read this today from another nonfapstonault that I want to share.... If I edge I will slip and if I slip I will fall!!Hang in there.
It was the same for me. NoPMO, a new business and Corona are a strong cocktail. But cutting the bullshit helps to really focus on whats important.
All the best with your business.
XIX. Apparently I had skipped a day.
Day 14 checking in. In the past 2 weeks, doing Yoga With Adriene has been my first thing in the morning. It really helps me feel good about my body. Additionally, the 10 minutes kegel exercises and 50-100 push-ups every day also help a lot. I am so glad and grateful that this nofap journey helps me cultivate these good habits. It was so stupid that I spent so much time on the P in the past.
Guys. Just a reminder, you only have until August 5th to join this incredible challenge that I joined this month. The reason it's so good is that there is a rule of no pmo for the month of August and basically one strike and you're out of the group really plays on your mind and works to your advantage in helping you succeed.
Join us in our quest to stay clean in this No PMO August challenge! Only one more day left to join!
Day 7. Feeling good.
