Day 7 / 365 Still going great but I reset my counter over the last weekend. It wasn't a relapse, but the hard mode was done with. Changed the mode from PMO to PM and started from day 1; still keen to do and finish this challenge. It's tricky to keep track of too many counters, so I'll just stick with one.
Day 10 / 365 Here we go. Had a nice and busy weekend. A few stressful moments. Back to the gym this week, I need to keep up with my new routine.
Day 7 - Feeling better than before and more confident. Getting looks from women since you have a boost of confidence suddenly, I assume? Still have struggles, but keep on going!
Day 12 PM free. Here we go. Good overall, I feel productive and alive again. All this hard word pays well, I feel a lot more in control.
