got triggered via social media relapsed on Day 7 I underestimated Thanos and got too cocky Will ground myself and stay prepared next time restarting, will also do a social media detox and avoid chats on insta, twitter, or anywhere tbh (except this forum) I don't feel drained (I fast a lot, high hormones) but I sure do feel stupid for slipping up oof Day 0
