41 days and still no benefits/anxiety

  1. Were you sleeping or awake? It’s different when you’re awake because that means you can do something about it and are concious, mor concious than you know, just gotta be honest with yourself as in being honest with how you feel and what it takes to stop that

    Well, with meditation, if you’re feeling anything, you’re doing it wrong, which is not wrong necessarily because it’s hard to not think but that’s just a part of training. Do this, remember the feeling of peace of and pure bliss, whenever you meditate, remember that feeling, hold it. Next time you meditate and get frustrated or any emotion for that matter, just remember that feeling, that mindstate where you’re free and imitate that and then you’ll get used to it and then you can just do it

    Emotions will come and go throughout your process. We have to learn to accept them how ever they come and keep pushing forward. In the end the results will come.
