I hope I can give you inspiration to reach your goals in your NoFap journey. Always remember that first day is always the hardest and things tend to get more easier the more you do them. You have probably noticed some improvements and maybe already have some of those "Superpowers" everyone are talking about, so logic dictates that if doing little bit of something gives us little bit of good thing, doing it more will give us more of that same good thing.

Your future started to become brighter the day you decided to start your NoFap journey and it will get brighter day by day.
