alright, I am in....yesterday (29/12/2019) was day 0 and today I am on day 1.
Last night was easy because I was able to turn off the temptation by turning off my phone.
Tonight I will do the same and if it doesn't work....I will try doing 20 push-ups and see what happens.
Relapsed.. Day 0

Take a walk too. Be around people. hang out with friends maybe. Just keep yourself up to something. you get idle you get tempted. Good luck!
Day 1. not feeling good, anxiety levels high. I get reluctant to check in which is not good cause I end up loosing my streak. Making sure that I'm on and conscious about my challenge.

Im in. Day 0. I want to do the whole year but think it smarter to start with 3 days, then 7 etc.
Unfortunately slipped up. But lets try again. This time tooth or nail I am going to make it to a week!

You got this, just get yourself busy with anything. For example, what I do is when the temptation is going to happen soon I play video games to get my mind busy then turn off my phone while I play.

Day 2 right now. What I did was played video games (like need for speed) and while I was playing I turned off my phone so that after I'm done playing I don't get tempted to watch.
