Let’s go. This is the beginning of the end.
Day 0. I was on day 7 and relapse. The last 7 days were extremly tough but i ended relapsing
Back again for some more
Just finished a week while on vacation with my mates.
Let's see if i can keep it up while being at home again.
Day 0 of 7
Day 1 done
Day 2 almost
Day 1....fighting back again after long relapse period
....Gotta get a grip on my life
Day 6 in progress...
Had a urge last night, but i resisted her by calming my mind and body.
JUST ONE MORE DAY! ALMOST THERE!
Day 4- Going strong!
IDK when 10 days passed but I am happy to have achieved it. Although I feel very anxious, my mind fills with those thoughts, as if I need it, I feel that something inside me is crying out for it and does not leave me alone.
Day 5. I'm alone and it's difficult to me, but I know that we can do it !!
Thats something normal in the beggining, try to occupy your body/mind with good things* and the anxiety will start to degree. Just dont desperate yourself.
- Physical exercise;
- Achieving your life goals;
- Meeting new people and making friends;
- Building self confidence.
Its kinda easy to talk, but you need to make a effort to overcome this situation.
Hey guys it's me. I'm doing the 7 day challenge. Today is day zero. It has been an interesting roller coaster for 2020. I'm choosing today because when I complete this 7 days I'll be over the 3 week itch that keeps burning me. Looking to officially best my longest streak, and make progress. I'm also Fap Free all of August and it's very important to me to keep this going. Check you guys out later. Good luck to everyone currently here.
7/7 challenge completed. Moving forward to 14 days, hope you guys achieve your goals in the combat against PMO.
Stay strong, you all are better than this shit addiction!
Good job man. Good luck in the next one.
today is day 4 I relapsed one hour ago. right after I took a 30 minute nap. My main goal right now is to jump right back into the challenge. because i cant find myself relapsing again. previously right after relapse i find myself falling into a rut. I'm not going to allow that to happen. I have to stay focused on the goal. I hope to not relapse again this month.
