Day 4/7 Today
day 0. start again.
Hey if anyone here wants to join a Team Deathmatch based challenge where we group up in teams and compete against each other then feel free to join this Warhammer 40k themed challenge only a few spots left so make sure you join now!
I've been holding, been difficult but maintained strenght
Day 6/7. Spent the day with friends which helped me remember there is more to life than my urges
Day1 completed. 6 to go for this challenge before starting the next.
Today is a big day for me, and I wish I could be going into it with 105 days clean instead of 1 day.
But this is pointless talk, I will get over this regretful mindset and only concentrate on making the present and the future as amazing as possible.
Time to drag myself out of bed, Peace to all of you on your journey.
Day 5/7 Today
day 6 - didn't post day 5 yesterday - I will get to 7 and move on this weekend!
As part of the rules - Day 0.
Just wanted to check my will-power.
Had some almost-urges because I let myself think too long about all this. But I got up and did some housework, then called two people, and remembered to stay positive.
My next goal is reaching Christmas (and beyond, of course...I can make lasting change with help...but just focusing on Christmas for now)
Go well everyone!
7 days done , this was ez , next challenge
1 day completed
onto day 2/7
(Thinking about my lost 100 day streak) What have I done?!?
It chokes me up... It left me going into a very important experience just completely drained of energy, and not getting the very best out of it that I could.
This can only be self sabotage.
The important thing is that I'm back on track.
Look for the positives in this experience of which there are many.
@bmcmanansmith - You're ahead of me, and you deserve it. You may like to consider [14 Day Challenge] next
@Phil 3:12-16 - Kudos to you - You may have just qualified for the 2021 No Porn challenge, give it look.
@Silentwraith565 - Another happy graduate, well done.
@Gamechanger$101 - Do you have a relapse prevention plan?
@Dragar I'm impressed, keep doing what you are doing.
@smoothdrive Day 1 is often the most difficult - now just repeat 6 more times you'll be fine.
made 7 then relapsed so moving on to 14 challenge...
I will read the book thanks for the suggestion
Let's do this together
