In this case it only depends on your opinion and thats the only right answer to your question.
At the end it doesnt really matter what day you are at.
I personally use this as additional source of motivation, not really counting my days, only counting my relapses. For me its better aproach, because when you count days you can easily fall into binging -> "relapsed on friday, day 8, fuck it now, lets binge and start again from monday" -> probably the worst possible way of getting rid of any addition. Obviously not saying its your case. It was my problem earlier.
