Today I was going to complete the 7 day challenge but I relapsed. I feel very bad and I don´t even want to try to stop it again but inside of myself I know that I don´t have another choice. So yeah this is my 0 day. Fell like shit.
Yesterday wasn't tough at all,but there was a lot of triggers.

Didn't post yesterday which was Day 6. Today Day 7/7. On to the next challenge.
Since I started trying to beat my addiction I began to consume a lot of sugar. It gives happiness when I feel bad. Is it okay to replace something addictive with another? Or should I drop everything at the same time? Thanks you all for being here
I'm trying to quit or at least reduce 4 addictions/vices at once since one usually leads to the other. For example, when I don't drink, I don't smoke, or if I have sugary foods that leads to caffeinated drinks (or vice versa), or if I watch TV your YouTube, that can lead to porn viewing. One vice usually leads to another so drop them all or at least reduce them is my advice. Hope that helps.
