Didn't post yesterday which was Day 6. Today Day 7/7. On to the next challenge.
Since I started trying to beat my addiction I began to consume a lot of sugar. It gives happiness when I feel bad. Is it okay to replace something addictive with another? Or should I drop everything at the same time? Thanks you all for being here
I'm trying to quit or at least reduce 4 addictions/vices at once since one usually leads to the other. For example, when I don't drink, I don't smoke, or if I have sugary foods that leads to caffeinated drinks (or vice versa), or if I watch TV your YouTube, that can lead to porn viewing. One vice usually leads to another so drop them all or at least reduce them is my advice. Hope that helps.

Hello everyone! Back after a long period away from the forum. I am in the midst of a on-and-off relapse cycle with porn and those f'cking dating apps that has haunted me for years. I can't even tell which one is more damaging and detrimental to my health then the other, I suppose they might even be complementary in destroying my life.
Anyway Today, Monday in my country, 00:52 as a matter of fact, day one, let's go, We can make it guys! Let's utilize each other for our own personal benefit. Everyone wins!
